QuoteMaker is a mobile app that helps users create quotations, calculate totals, preview quotation documents, share quotation content, and keep local quotation history. You agree to use the app lawfully and responsibly.
You are responsible for the information you enter into QuoteMaker, including customer details, business information, quotation items, prices, tax settings, notes, and terms.
You are also responsible for checking the accuracy of every quotation before sharing, exporting, or using it for business purposes.
QuoteMaker may help calculate subtotal, discount, VAT, withholding tax, total amount, and payment due based on the information you enter.
These calculations are provided for convenience only. You should review all amounts carefully and consult a qualified accountant, tax advisor, or relevant authority if needed.
QuoteMaker does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. Any information or calculation shown in the app is intended only as a productivity tool.
QuoteMaker currently stores data locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up important information. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device issues, app deletion, storage clearing, operating system problems, or user actions.
When you share or export quotation content, you are responsible for the information being shared and the recipient of that information.
