QuoteMaker is a Thai-language mobile app for creating quotations, calculating totals, previewing documents, sharing quotation content, and keeping local quotation history.

Information We Collect

QuoteMaker is currently a local-first app and does not require a backend account. The app may store information locally on your device, including:

Business profile information, such as business name, phone number, LINE ID, tax ID, and address
Customer information entered by the user
Quotation details, line items, prices, discounts, taxes, notes, and terms
Quotation history saved on the device

How We Use Information

The information you enter is used to provide the app’s main features, including:

Creating and editing quotations
Calculating subtotal, discount, VAT, withholding tax, total amount, and payment due
Generating quotation previews
Preparing quotation text for sharing or exporting
Displaying local quotation history

Local Data Storage

QuoteMaker stores quotation data locally on your device using local storage. We do not currently operate a backend server for storing your quotation data. If you delete the app or clear app data, your saved quotations may be permanently removed.

Sharing and Exporting

When you choose to share or export a quotation, the app may open your device’s native share options or supported apps. Any information you share is controlled by the app or service you choose to send it through.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your quotation data with third parties, except when required by law or when you intentionally share/export information from the app.

Analytics and Diagnostics

QuoteMaker may collect basic diagnostics or crash information in the future to improve app stability and user experience. Such information will not be used to sell your data.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the app experience. However, because data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for protecting your device, passcode, backups, and shared files.

Your Rights and Choices

You can edit or delete quotations inside the app
You can update or remove your business profile information
You can delete the app to remove locally stored app data from your device

Children’s Privacy

QuoteMaker is intended for business and productivity use. It is not designed for children.
